Shipping speeds and cost
All orders ship from our Phoenix, AZ warehouse within one business day. Standard shipping takes 3-6 business days and is free on orders over $50 after discounts, otherwise $6.95. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days for a flat $14.95. We currently ship to all 50 US states.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. You can also look it up anytime on the order tracking page using your order number and email.
Returns
Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fee. Email support@alterase.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label. Refunds post to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of arrival.
Damaged or missing items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace the item immediately — no return shipment needed for damaged goods.
Warranty claims
Every Alterase product includes a 2-year warranty on parts and workmanship. Your order number is your proof of purchase; no registration is required. Replacement blades, lids, seals and capture cards are also available individually.
