What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and shipping address. If you create an account we also store your login credentials through our authentication provider. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use it
Your information is used to process orders, send order and shipping notifications, provide customer support and — only if you opt in — send occasional product emails. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep your bag and session working, plus aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can clear these at any time from your browser.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing support@alterase.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
